USS Gannicus

STATUS: Decommissioned CLASS: Sovereign-class (modified)

The USS Gannicus represents a refined take on the Sovereign-class line. Its design combined decades of Advanced Starship Design Bureau research into a sleeker, more tolerant warp-field profile capable of higher cruising velocities. Following the Borg incident, production timelines were accelerated from a projected 10-year build cycle to roughly five years, making the Gannicus a key example of rapid-response Starfleet engineering. Archive compiles span from 2006 through 2016, including the AWLSHGA, A Day on the Job, and Good Intentions series.

"Ryan made his way to the side of the room with four misaligned relays and began to apply force to one of them. The metallic cylindrical relay would not budge at first attempt but with his determination coupled with his malice for things not going the way he planned the first relay finally moved into place."

— A Day on the Job, USS Gannicus, 2013

USS Nimitz ⚔

STATUS: Destroyed at Mars Defense Perimeter

The Nimitz challenged Admiral Doenitz after a month-long disappearance from official channels. She later survived Romulan and Tal Shiar ambushes to return to Geneva. Destroyed during the Battle for the Mars Defense Perimeter in 2407, along with USS Champlain.

"Calder cursed at the nimitz as he saw the ever so slight waiver in the Trawler's Shield harmonics and knew that the nimitz had beamed a boarding party over. Just then the science officer voiced what he had seen. "Captain! Nimitz has beamed boarding parties onto the trawler!" Called CSO Belite. "Lt. Calder prepare to fire phasers, target her shield generator relays."

USS Spectre ⚔

STATUS: Lost in Zeta Gellis Cluster CLASS: Spectre-class

Developed at Earth Station McKinley, the Spectre utilizes a variant of the phasing cloak technology originally used on the USS Pegasus. The lead ship of her class, commanded by Captain Remae K'Tell (later Admiral Ktell). An alternate-universe Spectre appeared near Earth in 2405, its crew eventually assigned to Starbase Valhalla.

"Andrew nodded at the twins, "That's great, what classes are you both planning to take?" Michaella ate silently, letting her daughters enjoy their time with her boss. They missed their Father, and then they missed the CO of the Nimitz who had become something of a Father figure to the two girls. "I want to be a pilot." Beth declared. "Our Father was a pilot, and I want to be just like him."

— The Gates of Prometheus, USS Spectre, 2025

USS Wraith ⚔

STATUS: Decommissioned CLASS: Spectre-class

A sister ship of the USS Spectre and the 2nd Spectre-class ship to be launched. The USS Wraith participated in the Battle for Sector 001 at the end of the Federation Civil War. The vessel was commonly assigned intelligence gathering missions due to its phased-cloak device. Last commanded by Captain Jana Bell, who had close ties with Captain Remae K'Tell.

USS Mithrandir ⚔

STATUS: Decommissioned after Hostilities CLASS: Nova-class

Attacked during a diplomatic mission in 2406. Her crew was offloaded but later regained control of the vessel to limp back to Geneva with heavy casualties. Later replaced by USS Mithrandir-A.

"Archibald was reasonably pleased to see the Prime Director smile at his offer and his wife offering him an extremely warm smile as well as thanking him extensively. ~Eat that, BuPers,~ he thought satisfied. ~Inadequate projection of diplomatic activities, indeed.~ "Indeed, that is most accommodating of you, Captain, and I am truly grateful for your hospitality and the use of your pilot and craft."

— Wagon Train Amongst the Stars, USS Mithrandir, 2021

USS Boudicca ⚔

STATUS: Decommissioned

One of the original ships assigned to the 52nd Fleet. During the Federation Civil War, successfully breached the defenses of Starbase Valhalla, bringing down the defense stations and contributing to the 52nd Fleet's victory.

""Well, then my young Gerratlian, we're in a little bit of trouble now aren't we? Want to tell me what you're talking about? Why would I think you're incompetent. You know I think you're the best engineer in Starfleet. You also know that I would never send someone to hurt you. What started this?" Sash said, taking a seat opposite Zzt. Zzt only looked"

— Stardate:2406.11.25, USS Boudicca, 2021

USS Paladin ⚔

STATUS: Decommissioned CLASS: Sovereign-class

Appeared through an unstable wormhole from an alternate universe in 2405. Commanded by Captain Eva Straton from a universe just after the Dominion Wars. During the Civil War, attacked and seized the Gamma Sigma System and Starbase 234, successfully repelling an invasion force at Beta Aquari III.

"Peter knew Matrix was in the staff briefing so he took the time to review ships status and to work on his special project. "Computer, main console, load Alpha 34- Cohen Alpha 3, authorization Cohen omega three three one." said Peter as he sat back and waited for the computer to finish the simulation load."

— Errand of Mercy, USS Paladin, 2025

USS Champlain ⚔

STATUS: Destroyed at Mars Defense Perimeter

Destroyed during the Battle for the Mars Defense Perimeter in 2407, along with the USS Nimitz. The loss of life was horrendous, but the 52nd Fleet was ultimately victorious.

USS Dennison

STATUS: Mothballed

All but destroyed by what is believed to be a rogue SFI vessel in 2408. The ship was mothballed pending repairs and her crew was reassigned to the Nova-class USS Mithrandir-A.

""As I said sir, this is your vessel, and everything that occurs or does not occur aboard is both your choice and responsibility. In answer to your question Captain, negative, I have no problem(s) with your intentions as you stated them." "Anything further for me sir, or shall I report to the Chief Engineer at the turn of watch?" Archibald nodded."

— The Healer in the Tower, USS Dennison, 2019

USS Rosenante ⚔

STATUS: Decommissioned CLASS: Privateer

A controversial privateer ship designed under the Chimera Directive for the Doenitz regime. Represents one of the darkest chapters of the civil war period, involving ships specifically designed to operate outside normal Starfleet regulations.

"After everyone had reassembled and had some refreshments the conversation drifted to what they had discovered thus far, they had secured lodgings for a few days, they discovered that the market was controlled by a free trade system where an individual could barter with the shop keep and haggle a price."

— The Third Law, USS Rosenante, 2011

Starbase Geneva

STATUS: Abandoned and Destroyed CLASS: Starbase

Completed and commissioned in 2405, serving as the headquarters for the 52nd Fleet. Located at a terminus of the Subspace River in the Beta Quadrant. Abandoned and destroyed when the new Starbase Geneva was completed.

"~I'm late.... again~ Donny thought, as he rounded the corner and skidded into the Lecture theatre, PADDs clattering from his torn bag and bouncing down the stairs. ~So much for the quiet entrance at the back of the class.~ The human raised his hand in silent acknowledgement of the stares and chuckles he received from the entrance he had made, to the chagrin of the Lieutenant giving the lecture on..."

Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards ⚔

STATUS: Active Archive CLASS: Fleet Yards

One of Starfleet's premier starship construction and repair facilities, located in orbit of Mars. This major shipyard has been responsible for the construction of numerous iconic starships throughout Starfleet's history. The facility played a crucial role during the Federation Civil War and continues to serve as a vital center for fleet operations.

""I have a question," she said suddenly. Everyone turned to look and she hitched at the dress again subconsciously. "We can't stay here for ever, so how *do* we find a way out? I mean, you just said we can't go home, because home no longer exists, if I understood you correctly. So where *can* we go? And if we can't go anywhere, what are we to do?"

— Hello all,, Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards, 2021

USS Cochrane

STATUS: Decommissioned CLASS: Meredith-class

The Cochrane Research Facility was later transferred to a Meredith Class Starship, which was renamed USS Cochrane. The facility first discovered the Subspace River phenomenon before the transfer.

"Jerad had been stalking the hallways, as he had been want to do over the past couple of days. the incident with Tanya have struck ihim hard. To force himself upon in such a manner, using his telepathic abilities, was tantamount to rape. He was having a hard time justifying his actions to himself, let alone anyoneelse."

— Needle in the Hay, day 4, USS Cochrane, 2025

USS Illuminar

STATUS: Decommissioned

The USS Illuminar stands as one of the most prolific vessels in the archive with 109 documented compiles spanning 25 months of continuous deep space operations (2420-2422). The ship confronted phenomena ranging from Q entities to mirror universe incursions to the philosophical mysteries of "The Uncaring Stars." Her crew's encounters with corruption, parallel realities, and existential threats demonstrated exceptional scientific and tactical capabilities. The Illuminar's final mission, "An End and A Beginning," marked not just her decommissioning but the close of an era of intensive scientific exploration.

USS Exeter

STATUS: Decommissioned

A workhorse of the reconstruction era, the USS Exeter compiled an impressive record with 75 documented missions over 14 months of continuous operation (2420-2421). The ship's investigative prowess was demonstrated during the famous "Murder on the Exeter Express" case - a six-month operation spanning 24 compiles that became legendary in Starfleet Academy case studies. The Exeter also handled dimensional crossover incidents and pursued zealots in "The Flames of Purity" mission, showcasing versatility across investigation, first contact, and tactical scenarios.

"Katie concentrated on the injuries to her patient and smiled as he spoke to her. After a few moments he struggled meekly and said in hushed whisper, "Thank you." "You're welcome." "My name is Rolan, Rolan Cruset. Engineer on the Freighter Lady Luck. I guess... I guess we weren't so lucky." She took a look at the tricorder and nodded. "You'll be good as new in no time Rolan."

— The Flames of Purity, USS Exeter, 2021

USS Soval

STATUS: Decommissioned

A vessel that confronted difficult moral choices during the rebuilding period. The Soval's year-long "Lesser Evil" mission (2414-2415) represented one of the fleet's most challenging ethical operations in the post-civil war era. With 22 documented compiles spanning multiple years, the ship maintained consistent operations through complex moral and tactical scenarios, demonstrating the kind of nuanced decision-making required during the Federation's reconstruction period.

"Tom listened to the exchange between Syuvik and Steve Matrix closely. "Lieutenant Signos, Commander Jackson, the safety of the ship is your priority to monitor. What is the status of the ship. Are we in safe enough environment to start conduct analysis?" Syuvik asked. Tom thought for a moment. He looked at Ensign Signos and nodded to indicate to her to report."

— the lesser evil 02A, USS Soval, 2021

USS Mystique ⚔

STATUS: Decommissioned

An enigmatic vessel that operated during the tense pre-civil war period of 2406. The Mystique's intensive operational tempo is evidenced by 37 compiles in a single year, including the cryptic "All We Like Sheep Have Gone Astray" mission arc and mysterious "Harvest" operations that produced four compiles in a single day. The ship's name proved prophetic, as its missions often involved operations requiring discretion and specialized crew capabilities, including Betazoid telepaths who could navigate the complex political landscape of the era.

USS Firebrande

STATUS: Decommissioned

One of the original vessels of the 52nd Fleet, the Firebrande served during the early integration period when the fleet was still establishing its multi-species operational doctrine. The ship's diverse crew roster included Klingon warriors from noble houses serving alongside Betazoid empaths and Human officers - a microcosm of the Federation's inclusive ideals. Though complete mission records have been lost to time, personnel files suggest the Firebrande specialized in cultural exchange and first contact scenarios where its unique crew composition proved invaluable.

"" Thank you,... Pierce " he replied in extending his hand too, " So if we are going to work together perhaps I could already help you to repel those pirates, if I can step in your distraction, of course?" Pierce noticed the slight uncomfortableness in his new A(TAC/SC)'s tone, but put it up to his unorthodox preferences."

USS Shenandoah

STATUS: Decommissioned

A ghost ship of the archives, the USS Shenandoah exists in fleet records but her complete operational history has been lost to time. Named for the historic Shenandoah Valley, she likely served during the 52nd Fleet's earliest days before digital record-keeping became standard practice. What we know is limited to personnel records and the simple fact that she existed, served, and was eventually retired. Like the valley for which she was named, the Shenandoah represents a quiet strength - ships that did their duty without fanfare, whose crews wrote history in actions rather than words.
