USS Nimitz ⚔
The Nimitz challenged Admiral Doenitz after a month-long disappearance from official channels. She later survived Romulan and Tal Shiar ambushes to return to Geneva. Destroyed during the Battle for the Mars Defense Perimeter in 2407, along with USS Champlain.
"Sash stepped onto the volleyball court. It had been a while since he played, and he wasn't to sure about this. After all, he was 60 years old. Even if his body aged slowly, he still sometimes felt every year of his true age. He began warming up his body and stretching preparing for what would be a most interesting game."

USS Spectre ⚔
Developed at Earth Station McKinley, the Spectre utilizes a variant of the phasing cloak technology originally used on the USS Pegasus. The lead ship of her class, commanded by Captain Remae K'Tell (later Admiral Ktell). An alternate-universe Spectre appeared near Earth in 2405, its crew eventually assigned to Starbase Valhalla.
""Captain...I do believe Admiral LoDona from his message. What little I've known about the man gives me trust in his word. I do wonder what awaits us at Geneva and if we should prepare for a possible battle situation. If this message came into the wrong hands, there could be a fleet on its way already...""

USS Wraith ⚔
A sister ship of the USS Spectre and the 2nd Spectre-class ship to be launched. The USS Wraith participated in the Battle for Sector 001 at the end of the Federation Civil War. The vessel was commonly assigned intelligence gathering missions due to its phased-cloak device. Last commanded by Captain Jana Bell, who had close ties with Captain Remae K'Tell.
USS Mithrandir ⚔
Attacked during a diplomatic mission in 2406. Her crew was offloaded but later regained control of the vessel to limp back to Geneva with heavy casualties. Later replaced by USS Mithrandir-A.
"The doors to Kurt's quarters slid open revealing darkness, he stepped inside. Through a small window he could see stars glide by. He had just finished reporting in to the acting captain, where he was informed he would be assigned to the night shift in sickbay. "Lights." He commanded. The computer chirped in response."

USS Boudicca ⚔
One of the original ships assigned to the 52nd Fleet. During the Federation Civil War, successfully breached the defenses of Starbase Valhalla, bringing down the defense stations and contributing to the 52nd Fleet's victory.
"Lise plopped herself down on the sofa in her quarters. She was exhausted, she found being Jael, while it got progressively easier, was more difficult than just being a plain-old Starfleet Engineer. Something that was in itself exhausting at times. She closed her eyes and rubbed her forehead. It felt so differently with the cranial ridges replaced by a slightly bajorian ridge on her nose."

USS Paladin ⚔
Appeared through an unstable wormhole from an alternate universe in 2405. Commanded by Captain Eva Straton from a universe just after the Dominion Wars. During the Civil War, attacked and seized the Gamma Sigma System and Starbase 234, successfully repelling an invasion force at Beta Aquari III.
"Joran caught Ensign Rathyn outside the conference room as she was heading toward the turbolift. "Excuse me, but I want you to know that I can help with the repairs in any way I can, if you need me to." Rathyn eyed him critically then nodded. She didn't"

USS Rosenante ⚔
A controversial privateer ship designed under the Chimera Directive for the Doenitz regime. Represents one of the darkest chapters of the civil war period, involving ships specifically designed to operate outside normal Starfleet regulations.
"The trip to Geneva Station had been uneventful, as Sanok had expected. Even if something would have happened, how could it have compared to the recent five-year jump forward in time Sanok, and other Starfleet personnel from various ships, had recently experienced. The time jump had caused quite a stir in Starfleet."

"2378.08.18.1845) Rich grunted, as the departments all reported in. He crossed his arms, and waited unpatiently for the rest to do so. He was about to start contacting departments when an image formed on his screen. On it was a woman in PJ's, with a bra on her head and a sock hanging "Umm, this is Dr."

USS Mystique ⚔
An enigmatic vessel that operated during the tense pre-civil war period of 2406. The Mystique's intensive operational tempo is evidenced by 37 compiles in a single year, including the cryptic "All We Like Sheep Have Gone Astray" mission arc and mysterious "Harvest" operations that produced four compiles in a single day. The ship's name proved prophetic, as its missions often involved operations requiring discretion and specialized crew capabilities, including Betazoid telepaths who could navigate the complex political landscape of the era.
