(USS Hillary -- Passenger Deck --  CEO - Lieutenant Lg Tegian Pex -- 1011)

Quinna sighed.  This was no way to keep the crew calm.  So maybe Pex did
not realize that she knew the difference between blood and Strawberry
Syrup.  “Let me apologize, I took what you told me the wrong way.  I know
you have no reason to believe that I know what I am doing medically.
Probably the same reasons why you feel like you must take command of the
mission. Again my apologies, Mr. Pex.”  Quinna’s tone was low and calm.
“Mr. Rizzo has filled me in, Sir.  I thought I was”  Quinna extenuated the
sir.  “Unfortunately, until I can get to more sophisticated equipment,
there is not much more we can do.  I will take your recommendations under
advisement.”

Tegian's face went white at the Doctor's words. "Commander!" He paused. "I
didn't mean for you to think I was taking command. My apologies ma'am. I
will place myself under the custody of one security until such time as you
can have me brought up on charges for mutiny, ma'am!"


Tegian stood straight at attention.


The rest of the Doctor's comments were lost to Tegian as he began a
downward spiral in his head. ~ How could I have usurped the authority of
Doctor Solice? What was going to happen to him now?~
