(USS Illuminar - Deck 3 - Long’s Quarters – CSec/Tac - Lt. Commander T’Mur – 1650)


T’Mur nodded, “A logical decision.”  She stopped for a moment and then said, “Ensign, do you think it odd that a junior officer is unaware of the habits of her superior officer?  You seem to be unaware of how I treat my junior officers, which indicates to me that you have made an effort in avoiding interacting with me.”


She took a deep breath and continued, “I would like to see that change. Clearly I do not know you as well as I thought I did. So I, also, will be making a similar effort.  You will have extra assignments to know your direct supervisors.”


As she moved to leave the room, T’Mur stopped as the door opened, “One more thing. I would like you to compose a message to inform Crewman Chinlo’s family of her death.  I will add it to my own and forward it to command at the conclusion of this mission.”


With that she exited the room.
