(USSIlluminar - Deck 3, Kelly Long’sQuarters – SO Kelly Long – 1651) 

 

“One morething. I would like you to compose a message to inform Crewman Chinlo’s familyof her death.  I will add it to my own and forward it to command at theconclusion of this mission.”

 

And with that, Commander T’Mur left. Kelly sat down on the bed and fellback. 

 

“Yes, ma’am.”

 

Then she got back up and replicated a Orion bottle of whisky. She neededto get drunk today, but she knew that people would not approve. So she wouldfind a quiet corner to drink it. She also knew that Alex was probably right nextdoor. But she was not ready for having that conversation yet. So she took herbottle and walked out.
