"I understand and accept the Batt'leff.  It is not in the nature of a
Betazoid to kill without good reason but I will as part of my role as you
Cha'Dich.  Just understand that I don't like doing this.  I will have to
justify it with myself later with myself. What do we do first?"

A chuckle rumbled in his throat as the high of oncoming battle began to
build. Galk had no illusions as to how this would go knowing that Eshag,
son of Martok would give no portion of his holdings willingly. His teeth
were uncovered by the smile of satisfaction that came to his lips.

"You will not fight for me, that is my task if Eshag is unwilling. You will
present my petition to Morek along with the weapon and chip, together they
should be enough to solidify my claim. Should I survive the battle with
Eshag I will add my voice to that of Pe'tah to secure the Rite of Ascension
for you. Come."

He passed through the door to the veranda, he had made his plans known to
the Lieutenant Commander who was his superior and would not wait for
further approval, should he fall there would be no lashback for his
actions. But what of Ariel Trei? He stopped inside and growled. His actions
might besmirch her honor with the Federation and in his rush for justice he
must not overlook that of his cha'dich. He stopped as the door closed
behind her and clenched his fists as he looked about. He need not have
worried as the Captain was walking quickly toward them with that stoic mein.

"Lieutenant Galk, explain yourself. The Lieutenant Commander has just given
me a basic summary of your plan. I require further information."

Galk looked at Sekal levelly. "It is a matter of justice and honor Captain.
I claim my right of property before the Council today and will push that
petition as far as becomes necessary. Lieutenant Trei has agreed to stand
as my cha'dich."

The Vulcan was no fool, he looked from Galk to Trei then back. " You will
pursue this unto bloodshed during a time of delicate negotiations is your
meaning."

The Klingon seemed to grow larger as he stood defiantly. "Yes."

"Is the Lieutenant cognizant of this?"

"Yes."

Sekal cast his gaze on Trei. "Do you understand the significance of this
action Lieutenant?"
