explosives at the 14:30 briefing.  There may be some interesting finding 
there.

=^= Commander Gregory, report =^= came the Captains voice.

"Sir, a shuttle bearing gifts reportedly from Minister Pe'Tah was 
cleared to dock after a routine scan.  As the shuttle approached for 
final landing, Mr. Taylor noticed something odd and activated a tractor 
beam to push shuttle out.  His quick thinking and action limited the 
damage of the explosion to the Shuttle bay and parts of deck 9 and 11. 
We are in the early stages of the crisis, Sir, and information is is 
incomplete, or wrong.  Give me 15 minutes to get a more complete 
picture," he replied.

=^= Acknowledged. All craft approaching Illuminar are to be warned away 
until an investigation into the incident is completed. Maintain standard 
readiness protocols with an interdiction zone of five thousand meters. I 
will speak with the Chancellor about the matter in order to avoid any 
misunderstandings.=^=

"Already ordered Sir," he replied.  "We remain at yellow alert and have 
set a 30,000 km buffer around the ship, with orders to take defensive 
actions should a ship penetrate that perimeter.  She'll be here for you 
when you are finished Captain," Gregory said.  "With respect, Sir, you 
need to keep your focus there so we get the treaty,"

=^=Run the investigation through the science department and have them 
analyze every byte of data taken before, during and after the incident. 
Ensure they are thorough. Report any findings to Lieutenant Commander 
T'Mur until I am fully available.=^= the Captain ordered.

"Sir, as per Star Fleet protocol, I have already sent Lieutenant Trei as 
ranking security officer, to begin the investigation. As soon as it is 
safe, we will engage Science.  I will make sure the data from the 
sensors is sent down now," he replied.  "I will get reports to Commander 
T'Mur as the situation evolves.
