ILLUMINARRPG: (1-1015/1110) Pilot - Lt. Arthur ‘Snoopy’ Corday

Mission:  Prelude

Stardate:  2446.03.23


(USS Illuminar- Deck 10- Shuttlebay - Pilot - Lt. Arthur ‘Snoopy’ Corday - 1015)


When Arthur had secured his ship and checked it for any damage he looked around for Dyson. He frowned, not seeing him. They needed to debrief, as they do with every fighter sortie. Just another reminder that he was not trained as a fighter pilot.


He hoped that this had not soured him on working on his fighter skills. He turned to a tech he didn’t recognize.


“Crewman, have you seen Ensign Dyson?” he asked.


“”He bugged out of here almost as soon as he landed,” the crewman reported. “Didn’t even check out with FSCO.”


Corday took a deep breath and let it out slowly. He had an idea where he had gone.  “Thanks crewman.”


The shrugged his shoulders looking at Vic, “Tell Lt. Grey Wolf I’ve gone to find Alex.”


Montero gave him a thumbs up.  Then Arthur turned and left the launch bay.

He had located Dyson exactly where he had expected to find him.  He really hadn’t needed Luma to tell him where he was or what he was doing. However, he was disappointed to see that he was still using those fictions spacecraft that would not function the same way a MKIII would. He had half a mind to pull him from it, but chose to let him work out his issues in the simulation. He put his back against the wall and slid down into a seated position across from the doorway and waited for him to come out.


While he waited he watched the simulation on his PADD. He also saw a message from Grey Wolf about his transfer request. With a heavy sigh he sat back and waited.


Finally the simulation ended but the door didn’t open right away. Corday waited until the door opened then he stood up, put his hands behind his back and looked at Dyson.


“Did that make you feel any better?” he asked.
