The business of Tactical being completed the Captain engaged the comm
again. "Ensign Lee to the Ready Room."

(Reply: Lee)

When the human had entered he motioned to the chair and waited patiently
until he had his full attention. "Ensign Lee I have split the Tactical and
Security departments and given oversight of Tactical to Ensign T'Mur. There
is left the matter of the security department. Your promotion to Lieutenant
junior grade has been logged with StarFleet command along with assuming
full command of your department as Chief of Security."

Sekal removed another black box and pulled out a single black pip then
stood to his feet and motioned him forward. Adding the pip to Keung Lee's
collar thus forming the Lieutenant's row he spoke and offered his hand.
"Congratulations are in order Lieutenant."
