Mission: Space Was Cool Before It Mattered

(USS Exeter - Trinity's quarters- ACEO Lieutenant Ethan Miller- 0830)




Ethan had taken the day off to be around for Trinity if she needed him,
although he didn't tell her that. He just figured it would be the right
thing to do. He planned on checking on her father as well so he made his
way  to Trinity's quarters first. He had stayed there with her the previous
evening until just after 1900 to ensure that she was alright, Ethan left ,
feeling that it was best to give her the chance to unwind.


He approached her door and chimed the alert pad.

" It's me." He said.

Ethan walked into her quarters.

" Good morning " He said in his hand was a cup of coffee for her, made the
way she liked it, he didn't care for it himself.

" Went to 'Bean Me Up' and got you this. Figured you haven't had any yet."
He said and sat it on the table next to where she was sitting.

" You didn't sleep ?" He asked rhetorically.

" I kinda figured as much, truth be told I didn't either. Instead I had a
staring contest with Cog , F.Y.I. he won." Ethan said to break-the tension.
