(USS Exeter –  Main Engineering - ACOO COMP OPS ENSIGN Zot – 0449)

While Zot was ignoring the captive Lieutenant Hammerfield and Ensign Rylee
he had been contending with another issue. Someone on the ship was fighting
him via the computer. At first they were hiding their location. Zot
accessed internal sensors in an attempt to cross reference with the user
interface point of access where the resistance was stemming from.

~ Where are you ?~ He thought as he keyed away in an almost frantic manner.
Whoever it was they knew their way around several key systems very well.

He had been at it for the past 10 minutes when finally the big payoff
happened they accessed internal sensors and formatted a sophisticated
encryption, such a thing just screamed look at me.

" There you are." He said to himself as he dispatched security to the
location of astrometrics.

" Sir one of the prisoners is gone!" One of the security Ensigns yelled.

Zot looked up and saw that only Rylee remained.

" Remain here. Keep your eyes on her. Anyone who tries to enter stop them
in whatever manner deemed fit. "

Zot glared at Rylee.

" She won't get far."

( reply Rylee if you wish)

Zot walked away and headed towards the warp core area of main engineering
where a group of engineers were sitting on the floor surrounded by
security.

" Listen and listen very carefully" He said addressing them.

" Your acting chief engineer has abandoned you. Her act of defiance has
just caused one of you your life. Unless you tell me every structural
pathway currently not on the internal layout of the Exeter's schematics"

The engineers looked at each other.

Zot grabbed his phaser and quickly shot one of them, killing them.

" Now that you know I'm not playing a game with mere words. TALK!" He
yelled wildly.

" There is a network of pathways and crawl spaces that span the entire
ship, every starship has them in place during construction and key aspects
of the ship are built around them." One Engineer responded with fear in his
voice as he looked at the fallen officer next to him.

Zot knelt down, phaser in hand, getting face to face with him. Zot's black
eyes seemingly staring through the Engineer.

" What is your name?"

" M...M..Moxley...Ensign Ronald Moxley."

Zot held the phaser aimed at Moxley.

" Now Ensign Moxley Ronald I want to listen to the next 24 words I'm about
to say." Zot said in a cold and unforgiving tone.

" I want you to guide a security team into these hidden pathways. Any
resistance and the rest of them will end up like him." Zot said with a
slight tilt of his head towards the fallen officer.

" Understood?"

The Engineer looked around and nodded his head. " Ye...Yes"

" Wonderful " Zot proclaimed as he jumped up.

Security grabbed Ensign Moxley off the floor and stood him up.

Zot smiled. " Now don't let them down." He said in mocking manner to the
Ensign and security led him away.
