Mission: Murder on the Exeter Express

Day: 2

Stardate: 2445.12.02



(USS Exeter – Gym, weight room – Med Intern aEns Lana Wakeman – 2116)





Lana walked in to the weights room, not normally her thing she could press
a reasonable amount considering her petite frame, numerous shifts nursing,
lifting and moving patients had actually toned her body well, worktoned
muscle ran over her shoulders and down her upper arms.



She saw the Captain at a bench, but being respectful and not bothering him
both as a senior rank, and as a gym user deep into his set. Turning away
she racked up 50lbs each side and sat down on the bench. She took a sip of
the water that she had brought, and then called for a holotrainer, to spot
for her. She was about to start her set when she noticed that the Captain
had finished his set. Sitting back up, she looked over to him, noting the
weight that he’d been pressing, and the set about his face, a man with
obviously a lot on his mind, and his admittedly rather well toned shoulders.



“Respectfully Sir” she said with a teasing smile that she hoped told him
that she was being flippant, “go easy there, we’re dead short of medics at
the moment, and I am not surgical qualified.”
