"There are a lot of people who are jerks, but that doesn't mean I can go around punching everyone of them in the face," said Captain Williams.

"Yes, sir." But there are jerks you can drill with a baseball. Jori kept that to herself.

"But this is a good lesson to grow and learn from and I know you will. You are still young, hell we all are, and we all have a lot of growing up to do. So lets just move past this and tackle the next challenge."

"I understand, sir. I will."

The captain went on to explain his experiences sneaking off to be a cage fighter.

When Jori was in the academy, there were rumors some sort of illegal, underground fighting was happening, with cadets participating, but there wasn't proof.

"I want to see you succeed and strive. I promise I will do a better job on your professional development. You have great potential Jori and I want to help you realize that potential."

"Thank you for saying that, sir. I know I've got a lot to learn. I'll keep doing my best."
