“Someone called Ops?”

"Yes, that would be me," Violet grumbled in her frustration as she debated
kicking the terminal one more time.

 “Okay, what exactly seems to be the issue?”

"You tell me, most state of the art software, and it froze."

"We are trying to update our medical libraries with the most up to date
studies, papers, treatments, what have you. And somewhere along the way, it
just froze mid download."

"We had an Operating System overhaul in our sickbay computers yesterday,
but I don't know. Every other terminal is working just fine, but the one in
which we initiated the data transfer, just froze, and it's all on our end,
because as far as Starfleet Medical knows, their upload was successful."
