(USS Exeter - Ready Room - CO, Captain Trip Williams - 1006)

"Sir, I've managed to find quarters and not get too lost moving around the
ship. I've met a few people during my time here, but no friendships as yet.
Hopefully that will change once I get more settled in. It has been rather
hectic recently".

"That my good sir is the understatement of the year." Trip said with a
smile.

"Sir, I've only heard a few things about what is happening next. Is it true
we can do whatever we want within reason for a period of time before our
next mission?"

"Yeah, I mean check in every once in a while to make sure that you get some
work hours in, but you are free. Consider yourself on leave. We have at
least two weeks of leave, if not more. So its time to get some rest and
relax."

asked.
