As More had feared they were fired at as they climbed. But Foxglove managed to silence them quite quickly. Stan kept his eyes trained on the Doc as ordered. More hoped he had not upset Ravok. Stan had tried to think for the good of the rescue mission. With Paul gone now there was only Ravok in charge of team Leonardo.
After a brief check of his Phaser rifle. Stan watched and listened as the others spoke. Looking at the structure before them. Gave Stan a sense of foreboding.
" Let's move" Ravok said, leading the team around the back of the structure. Stan kept close to Vespers after all he had been ordered. To keep en eye on him.
Before they turned the final corner Ravok raised his fist to signal the group to stop. He was looking at his scanner. There were two people close by.He nodded to Ensign More and Lieutenant Foxglove to dispatch them.
“Let’s go Lieutenant.” Stan said to her

The two of them moved slowly. Stan silently signalled to Foxglove. He would take the one on the left. Setting his Phaser rifle to high stun. He pointed and fired. But this alerted the other person who fired at Stan. Catching him in his side and making him fall to his knees.
Stan heard firing but stayed down. His body armour had taken some of the shot. He felt a pair of hands at his good side.

“ Good shooting......Lieutenant.You better make the call....... I’ll be ok. It’s just a wee wound.....” Stan said.
