FAMILY AND BACKGROUND

Sleeford was born and raised on New Calidonia, his parents divorced when he was six years old, his mother remarrying a local farmer. Working the farm during school holidays gave Sleeford an appreciation for hard work. Paul has one sister Jane, three years younger than him, Married Jake Walpole a local farmers son, they have twin boys, known in the family as the devils . His stepfather passed away in late 2445, leaving his mother to run the farm, his sister and her husband took over the running, allowing their mother to see more of her grandchildren.

PRE-STARFLEET HISTORY

After leaving senior school Sleeford went to a regional collage, where he joined the Marine Officer Training corps, it was during this time he received his career changing accident. After 18 months he applied to SFA for placement a a mature student

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Sleeford can turn his and to fixing most things, he has a natural affinity with many animals due to his time on the farm. He's a fair shot and a half decent pilot.

RECREATIONAL INTERESTS

Sleeford enjoys classical music and old paperback book, if he can find them. During shore leave he can be found scouring the markets and antique shops for old books.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Starting the academy as a senior entrant. Paul spent the first year like most students learning the history of the federation (from the perspective of Starfleet and not the marine corps) His second year he toured the departments settling on Security and Tactical operations. The third and fourth years where spend finessing his majors and working on flight operations. Leaving the academy Paul was posted to Mars colony as a security officer. After a year on Mars he was posted to the USS Exeter as a Security officer. After his accident Paup was posted to Operations as Acting Operations Manager. Taking the chiefs post a few months later.
