ILLUMINARRPG: (9 - 1300) Ensign Torek, Operations

(USS Illuminar – Deck 1 Bridge – Ensign Torek, Operations – 1300)



Torek had finished his initial intake and grabbed a quick bite to eat in
the Officer’s mess while he sat alone and composed a quick letter to his
mother to let her know where he was now stationed.  She’d tell his father,
and that was enough.



The sushi was excellent.  As well as replicated sushi could be, and he
honestly preferred it to the more traditional Klingon dishes like gagh and
racht.  Next, he would have to try some Thai food or Curry.  Those were
nice and spicy, offering the special sensation that his Klingon half
appreciated while not offending his human size.



He walked onto the bridge promptly at 1300 and spoke, “Ensign Torek,
reporting for duty, as ordered.”  He stood at by the turbolift waiting to
see what Captain Sekal had in mind for him.
