When the disrupter shot took a chunk out of the table.  Morek took cover.  Ariel dove low to his position and assessed the situation.  She saw Lani go after the assassin.  It was better for Ariel to protect the Chancellor  than go after the assassin.  She had a position on council now so It is better to show a position of council interest if she was to be doing business moving forward.  She did not know how she would handle the situation as an official member of council.  She would think she would handle it way better with her empathic skills but time will tell.  She asked if Morek needed anything.
