(Qo’nos - The Bowls of the Capital City -Mysterious Figures - 1300)


They gathered as the call had requested.  The scent in the chamber had changed.  It was no longer full of the confidence that it once had.  Now there was the scent of fear, the scent of failure.  The emanation of a change in the plan.


Clicks and chirps filled the room from a central location, as the leader took the center of the group.  he began to emanate his disapproval of the circumstances.


"They have failed.  The conditions have changed.  All of our work to this moment has been laid to waste.  We need to implement the secondary plan."​


Chirps and clicks of agreement filled the room, as it warmed up to with the radiation for approval.


"These fools of Klingons could not take over a sector even if it was handed to them.  Which it was.  To fulfill our destiny we must accelerate the plan.  It has been stated that there will be a large gathering of the council tomorrow.  That is when we will strike.  Fortunately, our presence is still hidden.  We can still prevail.  It is time to close the web."​


The room warmed even more with the sense of approval and chirps of implied success.  As the Klingons would say, it would be glorious.  ln their own thoughts, it will lead to expansion by occupying the time of the pieces being manipulated.  There was much to plan between then and now.
