ILLUMINARRPG: (4 - 1650) Pilot Ensign Vic 'Raid' Montero

(USS Illuminar - Deck 9 - USS Edmund Hillary - 1650)

Montero finished up in the shuttle bay as the engineering and repair 
teams took charge of the situation.  He headed down to Medical to check 
on the deck crew that had been hurt because of the attack.  After that 
he headed to the Captain's Yacht, the Edmund Hillary.

Heading to the flight deck, he noted that Lieutenant Corday had the ship 
powered up and ready for release.  Still no orders from Greywolf or the 
bridge.  Sitting in the copilot's seat, he got the scanners going and 
hooked into the Illuminar's sensor array.

After going over the sensors, he stood up, "I'll be in Engineer," he 
said to Corday, "Checking on our little ace in the hole."

Back in Engineering, he booted up the cloaking device that engineering 
cobbled together.  It was still a work in progress, and with only 
limited use, it was still an ace in the hole.  Sitting at the control 
panel, he started the startup sequence that Ensign Matrix had setup.

The panel started lighting up as the system went though its check's.

He paused as two of the lights stayed yellow.  Hitting the control 
panel, he groaned as the lights went to red.

Tapping his com badge, "Montero to Ensign Matrix, you are needed on the 
Hillary."
