ILLUMINARRPG: (1-1903)- CO- Captain Sekal

   (USS Illuminar - Engineering Lab 1 - CO-  Captain Sekal- 1903)

The Vulcan noted the showing of a number of impressive teeth as the
Magillan excitedly unveiled his latest creation.

“Son of Saleke. I hope that your meeting was successful.  Yes, yes, never
mind that.  I have something here that you had to see.”

The object in question he was referring to had been covered by a cloth,
apparently the item was of some importance.

"I hope that you have been seeing the reports that I have been sending you
and Commander Gregory about the progress of my “special project.”  But I
have completed my tests and it is ready.”

There was only one special project he could be referring to and this caught
the weary CO's interest.

He watched as the cloth was lifted and noted a quite large cylindrical
object with a pale blue energy glow in the center which indicated it was
active. Obviously able to be handled since it would have to be carried
about, the Vulcan reached for it, hesitated to ensure there was no static
discharge that could impact him then picked it up.

The object was lighter than anticipated, made of an alloy which was durable
but not extremely dense. Any future such iterations could conceivable be
made smaller.

"Interesting."

“I have a created a container that will be able to contain Luma’s life
force that is safer and more secure than the anelurian crystal you’ve been
using.  I would like your permission, and Luma’s, of course, to have her…
well… try it on for size.”

He nodded his agreement. "I am willing if Luma feels it safe. What is its
power source and composition?"
