ILLUMINARRPG: (1-1620) Pilot- Arthur ‘Snoopy’ Corday

(USS Illuminar - Deck 11 - Rec Room - Pilot- Arthur ‘Snoopy’ Corday - 1620)


Arthur had a grip on Blondie when he heard the voice get loud and with authority, “THAT IS ENOUGH!”


Everything had stopped as if in some bizarre and violent tableau.  Then a second voice, more familiar focused him.


“Pilots! Attention!”


Arthur let go of Blondie and stepped to full attention, waiting for what he knew was about to happen.  It would have been what would have happened if her were Tempest.  Then he watched as she addressed Deuce and Spuds, who was holding his hip where it hit the bulkhead when he was thrown.  Blondie helped Snake Eyes to his feet, but he still looked wobbly from the Vulcan’s nerve pinch.


Then Grey Wolf looked at T’Mur and said, “Charges Lt. Commander.”


He had to smile when Deuce gasped at that, as Arthur suddenly realized the bruise forming around T’Mur’s eye.


The Security Chief went through the options from a year in the brig, to five years in a penitentiary.  If she weren’t a Vulcan he might have thought that she was just playing with them.  But everything she said was a … logical conclusion.  Finally she came up with a solution.  They would work double shifts, where the second shift they would become Becca’s cleaner drones, with no free time, for a week.  He nodded, it could have been worse.  Far worse.


Even though he hadn’t started the fight, he also hadn’t ended it.  That was his problem.  He was willing to take his penance.  However, Vic didn’t look as happy.


“I find that an acceptable consequence, Lt. Commander,” Arthur said.  Then he turned to Becca, “And I apologize for my participation in this raucous Becca.  Perhaps it would be best if we started cleaning up now?”
