ILLUMINARRPG: (2,1249, 1255, 1310, 1520) ACEO Ensign Tegian Pex

NPRG: Apologies for the abrupt change of scenery. Heading out for 2 1/2
weeks of vacation tomorrow and Tegian will be silent for that period of
time. So, moving this along to where he doesn't need to be in the picture...


Mission:  An End and a Beginning

Day: 2

Stardate:  2446.03.17



(Vulcan - Capital City - Nivar Institute - ACEO Ensign Tegian Pex - 1249)



Sath had hidden away for eight years and T'shalaith had only known for
fifteen days. What influence over her life had he had during that entire
time without her knowledge? Parents invariably shape their children's
lives, but this... this was insidious.


Tegian laughed at her look and gently squeezed her hand. "That's what I
thought."


Tegian left the room, found a nurse and came back with him. "The Doctor is
busy with other patients, but I've gotten us cleared to return to
Illuminar, as long as you beam back to Sickbay. You'll have to stay there
until you get cleared. And, as I'm assuming you'd rather be back onboard, I
told them you would agree."


Tegian clicked his comm badge, picked T'shalaith out of her bed and
said, "Illuminar,
two to beam back. Straight to Sickbay, please."


(Illuminar - Deck 5 - Sickbay - ACEO Ensign Tegian Pex - 1255)


T'shalaith and Tegian rematiriatlized back in Sickbay. Tegian found an
empty bed and gently deposited her back in it. He nodded to one of the
nurses. "We left Doctor Solace back on Vulcan, but we got permission to
return as long as T'shalaith returned to Sickbay for observation."


Tegian tucked a blanket around T'shalaith. "I'm going to go find out what I
can about Teresa while you rest here, okay? If you need anything, contact
me." He squeezed her hand, paused for a moment to let her reply and then
left Sickbay.

(Illuminar - Deck 4 - Tegian's Quarters - ACEO Ensign Tegian Pex - 1310)


Tegian was running a search for a Teresa Jackson born on Vulcanis Lunar
Colony and last known whereabouts. He left the search running and told the
computer if she wasn't there to search for any movements of a Teressa
Jackson from that Colony and trace her location.


He then stripped off his clothing and jumped into the shower to cleanse
away the hike, the sweat and the worry of the morning. After getting out
and dressing, he checked the computer to find out that Teresa Jackson had
left the Colony and had traveled quite a bit after T'shalaith had lost
contact. Surprisingly, she was on Earth. It seemed that she had family
there in some location called Manchester, England.


Tegian sat down and replicated a grakizh salad, feeling the need for a
taste of home. He drank a lot of water, needing to replenish what had been
lost earlier in the day.


He then laid down and took a short nap, feeling the effects of the hike,
figuring that T'shalaith needed time to recover and that she would be able
to do anything with the information about Teresa just yet.



(Illuminar - Deck 5 - Sickbay - ACEO Ensign Tegian Pex - 1520)


Tegian arrived back at Sickbay to find T'shalaith still in the bed.  She
had her eyes closed, so he handed one of the nurses a PADD with the
information about Teresa Jackson and asked her to give it to T'shalaith
when she awoke.  He then went to Main Engineering, feeling much more
centered and worked on some of those long overdue maintenance items.
