ILLUMINARRPG: (09-1407) - The Controller

(Sigma Draconis VI - Controllers room - The Controller - 1407)

Minutes ticked by as the Controller laid still on the ground.  The Morg 
stood over her, not knowing what to do.  Slowly the lights in the tubes 
settled down to a more gentle pattern.  The Controller opened her eyes, 
and the Morg helped her stand up.

Back behind the table, she looked at the Star Fleet officers, before 
pushing a button on her bracelet.  Moments later a woman came in with a 
tray.  On the tray was a large capped carafe and 5 glasses.  "Please," 
the Controller said as the woman poured the slightly greenish liquid 
into the glasses.  "This is pisang ambon, juice from the our native 
fruits.  It is served at important events such as this one."

She took one of the glasses.  "We disavow and cast out those who have 
deceived us.  We do not wish to make war on anyone.  Rather to live our 
lives in peace until such a time as we can emerge from our caverns and 
live on the surface again."

"We accept your offer Captain, of peaceful relations with your people. 
As long as you remain peaceful, you and your Star Fleet will be welcome 
here.  Even now a battle rages above our planet."  She pushed another 
button and suddenly a large display showed the Illuminar, the Hades, a 
Klingon ship and the marauders.  "You have our permission to go and 
eliminate these miscreants from our planet. "

The controller took a sip of the sweet, banana-mint drink.  "We have 
provided you with the information on what we need and what these people 
have been provided us.  Will you help us?"
