ILLUMINARRPG: (7, 1645) SPC Luma’Lenai & PO3 P’Rah

(USS Illuminar --  Officer Quarters - P’Rah personal quarters -- SPC
Luma’Lenai & PO3 P’Rah -- 1645)

Luma had guided P’Rah to his new quarters the light bouncing as she
chattered. Since Sekal had allowed her request for larger quarters, she had
done some quick scans and found quarters suitable for a full lieutenant
that were reasonably large and luxurious. As they entered there was a large
living area with cushy couches in a rather lovely red colour. The walls
were beige and there were two prints on the walls of space scenes. The wall
behind the couches contained a long viewport to the outside. It would be
beautiful at warp.  Heading further in was a small office with a desk,
chair and viewscreen, a large luxurious bedroom with a huge bed, closet and
a bath with a real water bath tub, a sonic shower and a head.  The real
water tub was not standard starfleet issue.

=^= Lume is pleased that her brother agreed that she could find you better
quarters. Luma hopes that the P’Rah will be pleased with his new home. =^=
She sounded so pleased with herself.

“Your brother.  I thought you were the last of your kind.”  P’Rah said.

=^= Our Sekal is Luma’s Brother. We share the same Father, Luma’s Father is
the Vice Admiral Saleke.  He took Luma on. Is Luma allowed in the P’Rah’s
quarters? The rules of privacy say that Luma is not allowed to enter
personal quarters without permission. =^=  Luma was not sure that she would
obey those rules in P’Rah’s case.

“You know, Luma, I have no family,  I am alone in this world.” P’Rah

=^= No Luma does not know this. The small ones believe that friends can
become as like family so maybe if the P’Rah lets it, he will find family on
the Illuminar? =^= She asked hopefully.

“From my experience, Family is overrated.”  P’Rah is still bitter.  He knew
he should have had a better life, but had been thrown away so many times,
that trash smelt better than a home.

Luma seemed confused, =^= What can Luma do to improve the P’Rah’s mood? =^=
The Lenai noted that P’Rah had not exactly given or forbidden her from
entering his quarters. Surely that meant she could.

“Improve my mood?  Little Shippy, this is me.”  He informed.

=^= If Luma is a Shippy then the P’Rah is a Kitty.=^= She said  with a
reasonable, logical tone.



P’Rah let out a smirking laugh, “Ideal,...” Pause for effect, “Luma.”
P’Rah starting to think. “Where can a guy like me, get a little Catnip
around here?”

=^= The P’Rah desires actual herbal catnip? Or does the P’Rah desire
alcohol and other small one treats? =^=

“The P’Rah” then paused, “I mean alcohol.”  He wanted something with a
proof number.

Luma’s voice was smiley bright, =^= Starfleet does not approve of alcohol,
but the Prancing Pony has real alcohol. Our Sekal and Our Sienna make sure
that there is a good stock because the terrible synthehol has been shown to
lower morale. Luma can direct her P’Rah.=^=

A smile etched on the right side of P’Rah’s mouth.  He decided he liked
Luma after all.  “My Dear, please lead the way.”

Happily Luma lighted the way towards the Prancing Pony.  Now her voice came
from his comm badge, =^= Is Luma’s P’Rah going to make mischief? Luma has
seen that felines enjoy being trickster like. =^=

“Don’t worry, Pretty Luma, I am not to cause any trouble tonight.”  P’Rah
was wanting to learn his way around for now.

=^= Good. It is difficult to make friends when in trouble. And a bad
example for the other small ones. How does the P’Rah know that Luma is
pretty? Luma likes this. =^=

“And why, Pretty Luma, do you call us small ones?”  P’Rah asked. “Were you
large in you physical form?”

=^= The Lenai were always long lived, surviving on average for 1400 of the
human year cycles. That was when we were planet bound, and we did not have
a high fertility, so Luma only had one offspring and he did not survive the
ascension when the planet was destroyed by our sun. We are crystalline in
structure and quite large. The small ones here call Luma a snowflake in
form. The small ones are tiny in comparison to the Lenai and their brief
lives are sadly brief before they embrace entropy. =^= She had guided him
to the turbolift and they entered. She began to move them down to the
correct deck.

“You are certainly no Snowflake, Pretty Luma.  You are more Grander.”  So
can you be in more than one place at a time.  Like you are with me right
now, but are you also somewhere else say like sickbay?” P‘Rah, needed to
size up his new friend.

=^= Luma is everywhere but it is better if something is important for her
to focus most of her attention on that. Luma can talk to 3 seperate small
ones without compromising the skin’s functions. =^=

“Interesting.  Where is your favorite part of the ship?”


=^= When the ship was originally put together, our Sienna knew that Luma
likes roses, so at every turbolift there are roses. The Illuminar is the
only ship in the Fleet to have that and the roses help the small ones
relax.  But they are Luma’s roses. Sometimes Luma allows a small one to
take some as a gesture of love, like when Our Sienna and her T’Mur recently
bonded. =^= The ship happily chattered away as they traveled.

“That is interesting.  So who are Our Sienna and her T’Mur?”  P’Rah asked.
He wanted to make sure to make Luma happy.  He figured that he may need her
and as long as he made her happy, she could protect him in the future if
needed.

=^= Our Sienna is the first officer. Her real name is Commander Sienna
Williams-Verin and her mate is the Chief Tactical Officer, Ensign T’Mur.
Sienna’s T’Mur is a Vulcan like Our Sekal, and Our Sienna is a mostly
Betazoid human mix. The P’Rah will like them a great deal. Our Sienna and
Luma often make music together but not as much now that she mated with her
T’Mur. =^=  The bouncing rainbow light that was illuminating the way
stopped at the Prancing Pony. =^= Luma must depart the presence of her
P’Rah now, there is actual -work- to be done adn she should concentrate.
Will Luma’s P’Rah be fine on his own? =^=

“I will be fine, My Lovely Pretty Luma.  I hope to talk to you again
soon.”  P’Rah said.  She has found that he really like Luma and all she has
to offer.
