ILLUMINARNRPG: Star Trek Freedom Rules addendum

My pardons to everyone but I don't have a master copy of the rules handy so
these are coming out in bits and pieces as situations are dealt with and we
default to rules of the game from before the Reboot. At some point I am
going to compile them all together and make a master copy.

Rule #15- SPC Consideration: in order to qualify to play an SPC a player
must have a minimum of 3 months in game and be consistently meeting their
PC minimums. This covers both SPC's on the PC ship and consideration for
another ship in the fleet.

>From this point forward there will be no discussion on SPC consideration
before these criteria are met.

Rule #16- Requests for transfer: Like Rule #15 no requests for transfer
will be considered from a player who does not have a minimum of 3 months on
their current ship or is falling short of their posting minimums. Players
who do not have a track record of good tenure and participation will be
considered unfit for any ship in the fleet.
