Mission: Space was cool before it mattered
Day: 1
Stardate: 2446.04.25
(Cheron CX-01- interior – CFO Lt(sg) Trinity Frost - 1502)
Trinity turned slightly with a gentle smile as Ewan took the seat next to
her. It wasn’t often that she flew with someone sat by her, she wasn’t
often on the rosta for the smaller craft.
“All away sir.”
“Thank you Ewan.” Trinity began manouvering the ship around to the
maintenance bay. Adjusting settings to better move around the massive
structure of the mining complex.
“Well sir has become a more interesting day.”
Trinity looked at him with a raised eyebrow, “life in sickbay that bring is
it?” She said with an amused look.
“It’s not like I want people to get hurt sir but that nebula was getting
very boring and there is only so far stupidity induced boredom injures can
keep you going.”
“I get the sentiment, I do…” She changed pitch and throttle, twisting the
ship through a few tight gaps in the superstructure of the complex.
“Breathe in…some of these stanchions are more snug than I’d like…there’s a
massive downdraft from the stations orbital thrusters too.”

“Nothing I can’t handle, glad she’s as nimble as she is. I’d prefer a
Valkyrie of course, but this is a far better S&R craft. So things been
quiet in Sickbay?”
(Reply McDonald)
“Same thing happens in flight wings. If you’re after free advice, then use
that time in simulations, run whatever drills or holoprograms that will
help you face the very things that you are most scared of….” She half
ducked in her seat. “Wow, that was narrow.”
