Keira smiled. "I guess I was too close to see it properly."
" I have learned that proximity often limits our perception. The closer we
are the less we see, you'll learn to step back , of that I have no doubt
Commander." Tyrek said as he glanced at the simulations being run.
"Well, thanks for it anyway. It's alway good to get another perspective to
jar skewed perceptions. Speaking of perspectives, mind sharing yours on the
drill?" Keira asked.
" Good for starfleet. " He laughed.
" I find simulations often skew one's approach to the real situation. Some
become rewarded with a sense of false confidence which becomes a detriment
to their performance in an actual situation. While others don't take the
simulation seriously enough to display their capabilities and real response
to such high stress situations. In short…simulations like this are good for
analyzing how an individual strikes a blow to a moving and reactive
target." Tyrek explained.

" I'm curious about your perspective, care to share ,commander?" Tyrek
asked.
