(Exeter, Holodeck 1, Security Ensign sg Roger Harmon, 1521)
Roger wondered why Lieutenant Williams said they couldn't use anesthezine because of where it was stored. It was part of the internal security system and was released through the ventilation system by anyone with clearance. Roger understood Williams was new as head of security, so perhaps he was still learning all the procedures and protocols. Of course, they were about to start a training exercise, so maybe Williams simply wanted that. If this was real, the gas would be their first option.
Roger decided to not say anything, but T'Kel didn't go that route. If there was any backlash, the Vulcan would be the one taking it.
While grabbing their gear, Roger still wasn't sure where he was supposed to be. Williams moved through a Jeffries tube and T'Kel chose a turbolift shaft. He was to kick off the assault by releasing the anesthezine, but he could do that from anywhere. Deciding to take his own initiative, he used one of the secret access tubes and made his way to the ready room, expecting Williams to go to the observation lounge. Once the all clear signal came, Roger acted.
"Computer, flood the bridge with anesthezine gas, maximum safe dosage and speed." He tapped his comm badge. "Harmon to Williams, the gas is released."
(reply Ire Williams, T'Kel)
