(USS Exeter – Mess Hall – CTO – Lieutenant – Ire Williams- 0819)

"Oh, I'm sure I will come up with something, not quite sure yet what thatsomething will be, but I will definitely figure out a plan."

 

Ire smiled.

 

“I am sure that you will.”

"But even if I knew what I was going to do, I wouldn't tell you. A girlhas to have an air of mystery about her, don't you think."

He gave a slight chuckle. 

 

“Ow definitely, you need tohave a few secrets. You can’t reveal them all.”

"And remember Lieutenant, if you start to die of boredom, just give yourfriendly nurses in sickbay a call. We'll be more than happy to save you."

 

“That’s very kind of you. Iwill try and not over do that particular invitation.”

 

He watched as Violet headedout the mess hall. It had been nice talking to Violet. He realised that hespent a lot of time dealing with security issues or talking to security peopleand it was good for him to talk to people out side his department.
