Day: 2

Stardate: 2446.04.26

(Exeter – CTO Office – CTO – Lieutenant – Ire Williams – 0940)

Ire looked at the image of the dropship now parkedin shuttle bay one via the ships security system. He looked at the dropships designand smiled to himself.

~She must be amazing to fly. The thrust to massration must be impressive especially when fully loaded~

He pulled himself from his thoughts as a smallindicator blinked on his screen and he glanced at it. He had put tabs on the marinessince they had arrived, and he had been tracking their progress through theship. It was not that he did not trust their capability they were marines afterall, but it was the party hard part of the work hard party harder mindset hewas worried about. He had heard the stories of marines on shore leave and see afew on mars so he would keep an eye on them for a bit until he was happy.

“Okay the marines are using the holodeck. I guessthey are running training scenarios it would be good to see how they operate.”

He stepped out of his office and looked up and downthe corridor which joined one part of the security department to the another.  He spotted Harmon coming around the corridor.

“Ensign Harmon?”

~I bet the poor guy wishes he stayed on nights~

(Reply Harmon)

“Are you busy?”

(Reply Harmon)

“Good, good.”

~He’s going to start heading in the otherdirection when he sees me coming~

“I guess you know that we have a group of marinescoming to live with us?”

(Reply Harmon)

“Have you had much experience working with Marines?”

(Reply Harmon)
