(Cheron - Interior- CMO Lt. SG Heinrich Kruze - 1532)

The rescue mission in and out of the station had been one of the most exhilarating experiences of Heinrich’s life. Traveling through space, even if only for a few seconds. The daring piloting of Trinity. And the shock that this time everyone was fine. He wanted to take time away and tell Tyrek all about his day. But there was still a lot of work to do.

He finished logging preliminary charts for each of the miners on his PADD. With all of them sitting around, drinking water, chatting, there really wasn’t much else that needed to be done.

“Hey, Nurse McDonald, can you come here a moment?” He called.

“I can’t believe what I’m seeing, can you? Do you have any idea what might account for this?”

“I’m still going to want them under observation for the night. It’s all strange, too strange… I can’t account for it. They should be dead.”
