Mission: Andromeda's Chain
Day: 1
Stardate: 2446.01.03 

(USS Exeter –Broken Bow – COO LTjg Paul Sleeford 04:50)

Paul sat quietly as the runabout made it pondering way back to the Exeter, standing he went to the storage area and took a small sample of the casing they’d beamed aboard, placing it on a small counter in the rear of the cockpit he turned it over in his hands. The inner metal resembled iron, alloyed with something that resembled aluminium. The outer shell was an unknown metal. As he sat there examining the casing Paul looked up as Ire spoke

“We are going to need a plan. We can’t just rock up to the Exeter, beam over to the armoury and then start running around the ship armed.”
Smiling Paul replied, “ Oh I don’t know, seems like a good idea to me. But your right, we have no idea what we’re getting into.”
“We also can’t leave T’Kel in the back. He probably needs medical attention at the least.”
Looking towards the rear of runabout Paul looked at the still unconscious body of T’Kel, he’d not checked the settings on the phaser used to stun the Vulcan into submission, he’d been remiss on that count and now had no way of knowing how much longer he’d be out. 
“We could decleare medical emergency and land in shuttle bay one and then escape into the Jeffries tubes via the deck access on landing spot 3?”
Paul tried to recall the deck plans trying to work a route from deck seven, if he recalled right, there was a small maze down there, the tubes not going directly down in case of an explosion on the main flight deck. The route Ire suggested angled down then right, before a hatch lead down behind the locker room. 
“When we get to the Exeter, can you back this thing into spot three?, just thinking it would be easier to get through the hatch and away, before they come looking.”
