"I mean, 21 and 23 weren't much different. Feeling wise that is.” Ronnie said.
“Yes, dumb question, sorry.” Heinrich was already at that advanced age where he couldn’t remember his early twenties in much detail.
"Are you sure that thing says I'm 21, like how the &%$# would I read as 21, when I'm 23 years old. Do you have another tricorder you can use?”
“The tricorder is definitely reading you as a 21 year old.” He said, “Hard to tell why. I hope it’s not an error, this is the only one I got.”
"Doc, seriously, like it has to be a tricorder error. I mean sure the people of Cerberus II have age reversal drugs, but after the Admiral Jameson incident in 2364 and the incident with the Son'a and the Ba'ku in 2375, most age reversing tech is outlawed in Federation Space because of their volatility and high mortality rates. Plus, what, where would any of us get our hands on that shit out here.”
Heinrich remembered the case from medical school. While there was some tech still in development, the best treatment has the unfortunate side effect of turning the patient into a fetus. Ronnie was right to be alarmed by the idea. “It’s possible it’s a tricorder error, it’s possible something about the environment is interfering. Though, nothing troubling showed up on the scans before we landed. It’s also possible something in the environment is acting like a de-aging drug. But nothing popped up on the scans.” He smacked the tricorder again. “I can always take a look in sickbay just to make sure.”
"Doc, please scan again. Just for my own peace of mind.” She said.
“I’ll do you one better. Here.” Heinrich handed Ronnie the tricorder. “I already have it set up, just initiate the scan and hand it back to me.”

“Can you read it?”
