EXETERRPG: (1 - 0451) Ensign Rylee Page

Mission: Andromeda's Chain

Day: 1

Stardate: 2446.01.03



(USS Exeter – Main Engineering - Ensign Rylee Page – 0451)



Zot glared at Rylee.

" She won't get far."



"Far enough. Chief Engineer. She knows every inch of this place!" Rylee
retorted,  glaring back at the eyes of the man she had loved and now,
wasn't sure if she even knew.

As Zot walked away, Rylee closed her eyes, leaning against the console
nearby her and sighed. ~I know that's not him. I know it. But now, seeing
this…~



A sound interrupted her ears and, as she opened her eyes, she saw a sight
that she never thought possible. Zot fired and killed one of the engineers.

Almost immediately, she became aware of another sound. It took her mind a
second to realise that it was her. Her own voice screaming, "NO!"



She gripped the console tightly, her knuckles turning white. Not knowing
what to do as one of the engineers was lead away, she hit the forcefield
holding her and, almost instantly, got shocked. Swearing loudly, she turned
and hit the console in frustration.

Looking down at the console, two things became apparent to her. One was
that she had computer access and the other was that she could do something.
Frantically,  she began typing.

"Oh, he may know the computer better than I do. But this girl still has a
fewricks up her sleeve."

Hitting the console one last time, Rylee smiled. "I've set a command so
that everytime one of your people accesses the main computer,  they get
audibley assaulted. Old earth warfare tactic. Good luck fixing that one.
Hope you enjoy Klingon Opera!"
