(USSExeter –Broken Bow –Cockpit - CFO – Lieutenant – Ire Williams - 04:17)

 

“Must of cracked myskull harder then I thought. So what ever he damaged has been repaired, themaintenance men in the bay would laugh at it but we’re up and and running. Wecan move, we can fight our way out of trouble if we need to. Comms is anothermatter, every diagnostic I’ve tried says they work fine, we just can’t callout”

 

Ire frowned at thatwhat Sleeford was saying.

 

“What’s wrong with thecomm system?

 

“As far as I cantell we have an outgoing carrier wave, just no signal to go with it. It’s likesomething is stopping the signal getting out, I can run a level one diagnosticon the system, it will take a while.”

 

He nodded.

“Okay get the diagnostic started.I am going to set a course for the Exeter.”

He paused for a moment andlooked back at the after compartment before turning to his console.  

“I hope that we find what’s gotinto T’Kel. Something is very wrong with him.”

“He should be unconscious untilwe can get back the Exeter.”
