EXETERRPG: Day: 1 Ens JG Liara T’ghann Theriault

Mission: Andromeda's Chain

Day: 1

Stardate: 2446.01.03

(USS Exeter –Corridors outside sickbay - Ens SG, Head Nurse Violet Drake
and Ens JG, Medical Officer Liara T’ghann Theriault– 0443)

To say that sickbay was a mess was an understatement. Armed officers had
come in, led by none other than the Captain’s Yeoman Thea Helms. It looked
bad. There were already a few wounded in sickbay, and some of the officers
with the armed intruders were carrying others, they looked to be in the
same unconscious shape as the CMO Dr. Vesper. Violet had no idea what was
going on, all she knew is that she had to run, and run she did. That is,
until she bumped into someone. As she collided with the shape, Violet fell
to the floor, wincing, she picked herself up. Looking at the officer in
front of her, it was Ensign Liara T’ghann Theriault. One of the new
transfers to the Exeter, Liara had joined the ship during their leave time
on Risa, before they were whisked away to wherever they are now.

Trembling, Violet Spoke, “Ummm….Liara...you, umm, you aren’t with them are
you?”

“No, I’m not…..with them.” Liara looked at the shaking Violet and put a
hand on each of her shoulders. “Calm yourself, take some deep breaths and
focus. Are you hurt?”

(Reply Violet.)

“Right then, I think it would be prudent to find somewhere to hide. There
must be other crew members we can join although the ship is still strange
to me. I think my quarters are safe for the minute, in fact there is a
Jeffries tube running through behind the replicator. Maybe we could connect
with someone there. Do you have any weapons?” ~ do I indeed have any non
lethal weapons? I don’t think a bat’leth or mek’leth could be considered
non lethal.~ for a brief moment she smiled to herself. She had her phaser
with her and of course that had a stun setting but she was even loath to
use that on members of her own crew, however little she knew any of them.
~maybe I could get my hands on some sedative hypos ~
