(USS Exeter  - Personal quarters - COO LTjg Paul Sleeford - 10:00)

Standing in the lounge Sleeford looked around the room, it could do with a
tidy up, a job for later this week. Walking tot he mirror he looked at
himself, the shirt seemed too loud, and the shorts showed the scaring on
his left leg, something he was still self conscious about even after all
this time, walking ot the replicator he collected a pair of aviator
sunglasses and slipped them on, running his hand through his hair he took a
deep breath. He felt giddy like a teenage boy  going on his first date.
He'd not seen Katie since their dinner on DS9, nearly three months
ago.Grabbing his deck shoes he slipped them on and headed for the closest
transporter room, nodding to the crew members he past on the way,  hearing
a wolf whistle he turned to see a couple of young petty officers form
science with their heads cocked to one side smiling, Laughing he turned
full circle like a cat walk model and waved as he turned the corner and
entered the room.

Standing in the short queue, Sleeford [laced his hands in the shorts pocket
and nodded to the transporter chief.

Trellwe looked up from the panel to see the boss standing there looking
like a, ,well he didn't want to say in his native language there'd be no
polite way of saying it.

"Mr Sleeford what are you doing going to a fancy dress party or trying to
show up the ship by dressing like a multi coloured blob".

Laughing Sleeford leant against the console, "Trellwe, if  you weren't on
duty I'd give you a shift  just for your cheek. Enjoy your R and R, when
you get off shift. "

Stepping onto the platform he waited for the pad to fill and the process to
begin to beam the party down to down to Risa.
