"I suppose I provided quite the distraction. I am thankful that you asked me to assist you or else you might not be here. I have been given the day off to recover. I will resume my duties as an oncall officer tomorrow."


Janice nodded, “Much the same here,”


" Tomato?"


"Indeed would you like some? To be honest im kinda struggling with it,” she twisted it round a bit towards him.

“I’m afraid my problems are less physical and more emotional,” she tapped her head where she was hit a very light bruise showing through her skin now, “Well that’s what the councillor says – and he’s probably right.”
