(USS Exeter – Sickbay - FO Cmdr Ailynn Bracken  - 0127)





“Set for two hundred fifty joules, clear.” Dural said calmly and clearly
somehow making it over the noises of sickbay.



“Clear.” she gave Dural the nod and stepped back slightly.



Stan’s body flopped slightly as the current went through his body.



Stepping forward she looked closely at the EKG trace, “Nope, repeat at
250.” she removed her arms from the area of the biobed once more as Dr
Methor activated the paddles once more.

The tone on the biobed changed as the fluttering rhythm of Stan’s Atria
made way for a proper sinusoidal one. Ailynn breathed a sigh of relief as
Stan’s body began to clam down from the stress of the atrial flutter.



“Well done.” She looked over the patient, checking his pupil response
first. “Dural, can you give me his sats please? Pupils are responsive,
light stimulus correct.”
