“Well, what do you think when you see the people there and then in the next moment they are not?”


Taking a breath, he thought for a moment, "If you would have asked Kyren, my first host, she would have said that it was magic. I've lived 6 lifetimes, seven if you count this one. Thankfully, each host has furthered my understanding of the world and the science behind it."


She gave a small laugh until her mind cast back to the subtext of her question, “I guess that’s one way of looking at it,”


"For example, I have seen that look on your face more times then I can count and have worn it myself many more. You are doing the right thing by talking to someone. "


"So im told,” she winced her face a little and gave a small smile to then respond with a bit of irony, “You sure its not better to bottle it all up and just squeeze it all the way down deep inside? I’m sure there’s no serious repercussions that would come from that.”

“Oh well so much for plan A then,” she sat back in the seat and pulled her hands out form under her a little more relaxed, "Must be nice having lots of lives?”
