(USS Exeter – Bridge – CONN – CFO – Lieutenant – Ire Williams- 2107)





He moved himself into a comfortable position in his chair as he looked over the console. They were heading on a mostly straight track towards their destination and it looked like it was going to be a quiet shift which was nice compared to the day he had, had.

“Williams here?”



=^=Lieutenant, I'm in need of your assistance. Can you meet me outside the acoustics lab please=^=


Ire turned to the officer of the watch and indicated towards the turbolift. The officer of the watch looked up from her PADD and nodded before going back to her PADD.

 

“On my way commander.”

 

He waited for his relief to take over the helm console before he headed for the turbolift.

Ire rounded the corner and saw Bracken outside the lab

 

"Thank you Ire."

 

He nodded to her.

 

 "All will become clear soon."

 

“Okay Sir.”

"Now, this will sound odd. On Trips stag do, the second bar we went to you got me a rather interesting cocktail. What colour was it?"

 

Ire was slightly taken a back for a moment before the thought about the question.

 

“The second bar…..I had a nerve pinch and yours was a nibiru eruption which was a deep red at the bottom growing lighter to the top and had some kind of reaction which produced white smoke coming out the top.”

He said with a slight smile.
