(USS Exeter - Sickbay - Operations Officer Ensign Rylee Page - 1119)



"You tell me, most state of the art software, and it froze."



Rylee nodded and set down her tool kit, “Why don’t you tell me what
happened exactly.”



"We are trying to update our medical libraries with the most up to date
studies, papers, treatments, what have you. And somewhere along the way, it
just froze mid download."



“Okay, anything else?”



"We had an Operating System overhaul in our sickbay computers yesterday,
but I don't know. Every other terminal is working just fine, but the one in
which we initiated the data transfer just froze, and it's all on our end,
because as far as Starfleet Medical knows, their upload was successful."



Rylee nodded and looked at the nurse, “Okay, is it this terminal here?”



(Reply Violet)



“Okay, let’s open it up and see what we see.” Rylee said, as she knelt down
at the console and pulled her tool kit towards her.

As Rylee opened the panel at the bottom of the terminal and took a look
inside, she looked back up at the nurse, “Was it a slow decline or just
boom, stopped?”
