EXETERRPG: (1-2033) SOPS/3O Lieutenant Commander Tyrek Na'Rel

Mission: A new day dawns

Day: 1

Stardate: 2446.01.28

(USS Exeter -Officer's Mess– SOPS/3O Lieutenant Commander Tyrek Na'Rel-2033)

After his daily treatment Tyrek figured it would be nice to have his first
meal on the Exeter in the mess hall. He didn't mind the crews working
around the ship. He had spent the past month and on earth preparing for his
time on a starfleet vessel. So a taste of what things were to come seemed
favorable to him.

He sat down at a table with a bowl of Shrimp Alfredo , which he had come to
love during his time on earth, and a Padd in front of him. Reviewing some
standard starfleet procedures and regulations. Finding some if not most of
starfleet's matters of decorum being really laid back...



"Evening." Said a Lieutenant with a rather clean and pleasant sounding
voice.

Tyrek laid his PADD down and slid his bowl back towards himself to afford
the Lieutenant who was joining him more space on the table.

" Jolan…" He caught himself.

" Sorry, Good Evening Lieutenant"

"I don't think I recognize you. " Tyrek noticed the man looking at his rank
bar on his uniform.

" Are you on the staff from Starfleet overseeing the refit?" The Lieutenant
asked.


Tyrek examined the man. To say the young Lieutenant looked exhausted would
have been a terrible understatement. His demeanor and the fact that he was
still in uniform led Tyrek to believe that the exhausted Lieutenant before
him was one of the crews working on the ship. Since he chose to sit with a
complete stranger and had such a light meal might have lended credence to
the fact that he was reeling from a hard days work and just wanted
interaction that didn't involve doing whatever it was he was doing and do
so without putting too much food on his belly.

" Possibly Lieutenant, is there a problem ?"

Tyrek asked as he took a drink from his mug.
