Stan knew something was wrong. So he made sure he was turned away from the others. When he attempted to stand. Lights flashed before his eyes. There was a sharp pain in his side. Making him gasp but he managed to hide that. Pulling his body armour tighter he felt like. The pain would make him collapse. But at least it hid the wound on his side.Then walking slowly he joined the others. A sharp pain in his side made him stop and shake his head. Luckily no one noticed. As they slowly entered the structure.

More kept to the back of the group. As they moved into the temple. There was a bitter coppery smell to the air. The hum of electricity hid any footsteps. Friendly or otherwise. Stan turned around when he thought he heard something.
