(USS Exeter - Bridge - aCTO/COO Lieutenant jg Ravok - 0849)


Trip stood and looked at him.

"Lieutenant, I want you to put together a strike team to go down and aid in
the rescue. Take Ensigns More and Sleeford with you, as well as Dr. Vesper
if he's feeling up to it."

" You got it Sir." Ravok responded going to slap his commbadge to summon
his appointed team, but paused as Trip spoke.

"And..." Trip said with a sigh "Take Lieutenant Foxglove with you, but make
it very clear, you're in command of the away team. Stun setting if you can.
There has been enough life lost today. But if you need to, you have
authorization to use higher settings."

" Understood Sir." He said.

Trip then looked at Lieutenant Merek, "We'll probably need some tech
support on the ground, especially with whatever they're plotting. Merek put
together a team with Cortez, Vosi, Zot, and whoever else you think you
might need."

Ravok looked at Keira. ~ Right back into the fire.~ He thought. He knew
these extremists had no value for life, only value for the progression of
their agenda. This time not only was Keira going, but Erin as well. Ravok
snapped out of it. The mission was above his personal concerns. He had a
duty and so did they.

(reply Merek)

"Get your teams assembled as soon as you can." Trip ordered.

Ravok nodded his head and smacked his commbadge as he walked to the
turbolift."Tactical relief to the bridge...Ensigns More , Sleeford report
to the deck 8 security officers immediately"

( reply More and Sleeford)

He paused and looked back to see Keira following behind him, he slapped his
commbadge again " Lieutenant Ravok to Doctor Vespers, if you're up to it,
please meet me on deck 8 in the security offices immediately."

( reply Vespers)

" Thank you Doctor " Ravok replied.

Ravok looked at Keira as she approached. He saw Erin was right behind her.

(USS Exeter - Turbolift.- aCTO/COO Lieutenant jg Ravok - 0852)



He walked into the turbolift behind  allowing them to enter first .Once the
doors shut he pressed the hold button.

" I say this in the most serious way possible. I don't want either of you
worrying about me. Worry about your teams and yourselves, complete the
mission and come home in one piece" He said looking at them. His demeanor
reflecting his preflight attitude back on mars. Focus on the mission and
come home.
