(USS Exeter - Deck 9 Nine and Dine - Civilian Caity Dubois - 09:34)


"I've just had the stupidest idea. One that will no doubt have me cleaning
the nacelles for the rest of my short career, you said there were five of
us questioned, why don't we get together over drinks, most of the crew
think we're all guilty so stuff them."



“That maybe a good idea. Although having all of us in the same place may
raise some eyebrows. I swear i heard someone say that we all were
involved.” Caity paused and thought for a moment,



“Feel free to come and drink in here whenever you wish, Ensign Sleeford.
It’s not like i am busy at the moment. Most of the crew seem to think that
if they come in here at the moment, they may not leave.”

(USS Exeter - Deck 7 - Counsellors office - Civilian Caity Dubois - 1600)

Walking into the counselling suite, Caity stood to one side and gazed
around. The place was not at all what she had expected although she did
feel a sense of trepidation rising in her.

~Am i here because Lieutenant Ravok seriously considers me a suspect?~ she
thought to herself as she approached the door to the office. Taking a
breath, Caity raised her hand to the console next to the door and stopped.

Part of her wanted to turn and walk away. After the conversation with Ash
earlier in the day, the memories of Sara and the feelings of blame that she
still carried regarding that situation were still at the forefront of her
mind. Part of her wanted to talk to this man about that but part of her was
not ready to revisit that again so soon.

Biting her lip gently, Caity pressed the door chime. As the door slid open,
she walked in, “Caity Dubois… i’ve been asked to come and see you.”
