Mission: Murder on the Exeter Express
Day: 2
Stardate: 2445.12.02

(USS Exeter – Personal Quarters -Tac/Sec Ens.(Sg)Stan More - 11:20 )

Stan was beginning to feel a little concerned. He had done all this to save security. From ripping itself apart and good people dying. But it was becoming clear now. Things were not going the way he hoped. He also did not like being called ‘ soft ‘. Stan had did what he thought was the honourable thing.

“ Soft.......” Stan repeated

" Not soft like a comfortable bed but soft like being ...passive. Sir ,since the Exeter's launch you served on two hostile away missions. Each time you came back. That says something Sir." Sytuk said, trying to explain himself.

“ Soft......” Stan said again

Sytuk knelt down and offered his hand to Lillian. While looking up at Stan.
" I can't sit back and watch an innocent man take the heat for something he didn't do. Something you aren't capable of doing. So if there is indeed a murder on the Exeter. We are going to hunt them down. "

Stan was not sure about this. As a murder suspect Stan should not be anywhere the investigation. It could look very bad for him even if they managed to catch the killer. He could be charged with insubordination. Stans Starfleet career was already spiral down in flames.

“No I can’t help you. Before you start shouting hear me out. The way things are going my days on the Exeter are coming to an end. My only sliver of hope is to keep my head down and do as I am told.” Stan told him.

( Reply , Sytuk )

“ You have to see this from my perspective. Going against regulations and getting involved. Is just something very foolish. Unless I get reinstated as a security officer. There is no way I can get involved. Plus what if we screw up? It will confirm my guilt. No I am sorry but I canna help.” Stan said sadly
