HADESNRPG: Game Rules

Hi all.

Please find attached an updated version of the rules for STF.
Following a recent infraction of these (not on this ship) it was decided at
the CO level to go through these rules and make them part of the
application process. From now on, new applicants will have to read the
attached and ping an email saying that they read and agree.

On balance this won't actually effect anything, but will be an additional
layer of information and protection for player and Command staff alike.

Can I ask you to all cast your eyes over the attached document. I promise
it doesn't contain anything that you're not already doing, and simply
serves as informative and a standardisation of what we already do.
